Transmission Test Equipment 220V, AC, 4KW Valvebody Tester

Valvebody is the heart of automatic gearbox. Equipped with automatic control program, this equipment can automatically carry out P, R, N, D gear shift test and automatic gear shift test of forward D gear on valve body. It can complete the tests which have dozens of procedures in several minutes.

Test procedures are monitored by computer in real time. Test report and variation curve of gear shift oil pressure will be automatically generated after the tests.

Comparing test result and standard output oil pressure value, computer will pick out the test value which is not in standard range. You will know clearly the variation of each pilot oil pressure of valve body from variation curve of gear shift oil pressure. From the variation you will know whether the valve body is normal or it has situation of impacting and slipping.


Technical Characteristics 

1. Equipped with dedicated test connection board, it is convenient for installation.

2. It can automatically collect test data, generate test result report, curve graph of gear oil pressure variation, P, R, N, D gear shift curve graph and output it to color printer. The test result will be clear at a glance. In addition, the test data can be stored in computer permanently for you to look it up conveniently at any time;

3. Control system can output 9 lines of control frequency of 0Hz-2000Hz at the same time. Each line can carry out 0%-100% duty factor control, meeting control of all valve bodies at present;

4. It can control automatic gearbox valve body with 8 forward gears at the most;

5. It has heating system used for imitating warming up stoppage;
