Torque converter End-play checker rebuilding equipment
The torque converter end-play checker is developed to detect gaps inside torque converter. Theoretically, a gap between 0.20-0.50mm should generally exist between internal pump wheel and torque converter as a while, or such malfunctions as unsmooth torque transfer, low output torque, insufficient power and oil temperature hike, will take place. Therefore, internal gap should be detected before and after opening up torque converter for maintenance.
